These Guidelines have been prepared by an ECVM Task Force to apply the requirements of Responsible Care in the distribution of Vinyl Chloride. They are consistent with the CEFIC Recommendations on Safe Management Practices indDistribution and establish appropriately high standards of safety for the distribution of Vinyl Chloride.

This Environmental Product Declarations has been prepared according to PlasticsEurope’s Product Category Rules (PCR) for Uncompounded Polymer Resins and Reactive Polymer Precursors (June 2006). It provides environmental performance data, but no information on the economic and social aspects (which would be necessary for a complete sustainability assessment).
